Action oriented and result driven, we take what we do seriously, but don’t take ourselves too seriously. We passionate about building a product that supports restaurants, hotels and canteens to effortlessly measure, monitor and reduce food waste. With a growing team and customer base, we are looking to complement our team with a driven, positive, and open-minded team member to support us in talent resource and administrative tasks.

Your Job & Responsibilities

Logistics & operations support

  • Planning and setup of international or national shipping activities
  • Independently handle any tasks related to order fulfillments, material orders, logistics, import and export activities and record correctly in internal system
  • Admin support with preparation of related documents such as Purchase Orders, Order Confirmations, Invoices, etc.
  • Bookkeeping support with reconciliation of transactions

Skills and Requirements

  • High level of verbal and written communication in English and German
  • Ability to work independently, accurately and get things done efficiently
  • Strong attention to detail and proper documentation
  • A positive attitude with a strong capability for self-driven continuous learning and improvement
