Your Position
We’re looking for a strategic head of marketing to lead KITRO’s global marketing efforts. In this role, you’ll set and drive marketing strategy, lead demand generation, and strengthen KITRO’s brand in hospitality tech and sustainability. You’ll manage a small team, optimize campaigns with data, and work with sales and product to support growth. If you enjoy building brands and leading impactful marketing, this role is for you!
Responsibilities
Define and lead KITRO’s marketing strategy to support growth, brand awareness, and customer engagement across international markets
Own the demand generation engine across all stages of the funnel, working closely with sales and product to deliver measurable impact
Position KITRO as a thought leader in hospitality tech and sustainability through content, PR, and partnerships
Build and manage a small internal team and external partners to execute campaigns, drive performance, and scale impact
Oversee analytics and performance marketing, leveraging data to iterate and optimize campaigns and channel mix
Develop and implement marketing systems and tools, including CRM, marketing automation, and performance tracking
Support go-to-market strategies for new products and market entries, including pricing, packaging, and messaging
Collaborate closely with leadership to align marketing with overall business strategy
Skills & Qualifications
5–10 years of experience in B2B marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership or strategic role at a tech startup or scaleup
Demonstrated success in growing pipeline and revenue through targeted, data-driven campaigns
Understanding of the hospitality industry or a strong interest in sustainable food systems
Excellent knowledge of digital marketing, content, SEO, brand building, and performance metrics
Hands-on experience with tools such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, and LinkedIn Ads
Strong analytical, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills
You are strategic, entrepreneurial, and not afraid to roll up your sleeves
Bonus: Experience in the hospitality sector
Bonus: Fluent in English (written and spoken); German and/or French a plus
