Your Position
The Logistics Assistant ensures that KITRO devices, spare parts, and accessories are received, stored, and shipped accurately and on time to hospitality customers and partners. This role supports the operations and customer success teams so installations and replacements can happen with minimal downtime for our clients.
Responsibilities
Planning and setup of international or national shipping activities
Independently handle any tasks related to order fulfillments, material orders, logistics, import and export activities and record correctly in internal system (currently jira board or later in inventory management system)
Admin support with preparation of related documents such as Purchase Orders, Order Confirmations, Invoices, etc.
Bookkeeping support with reconciliation of transactions
Skills & Qualifications
High level of verbal and written communication in English and German
Ability to work independently, accurately and get things done efficiently
Strong attention to detail and proper documentation
A positive attitude with a strong capability for self-driven continuous learning and improvement
Experience with Odoo or other ERP systems
