WIN A HANDMADE KNIFE FROM OCEAN KITCHEN

The handle is made from broken fish boxes: once they crack, they're landfill. Ocean Kitchen shreds them in-house, then molds them by hand. The marbling is unpredictable, so no two are alike.

The blade is 195mm X50 stainless, forged in Solingen and rated HRC 56, making it an all-rounder built for daily service.
