Seeing food go to waste in the hotel and restaurant industry, inspired us to bring an end to this avoidable waste. Action oriented and result driven, we take what we do seriously, but don’t take ourselves too seriously. We passionate about building a product that supports restaurants, hotels and canteens to effortlessly measure, monitor and reduce food waste. With a growing team and customer base, we are looking to complement our team with a driven, positive, and open-minded team member to support us in HR and administrative tasks

Your Job & Responsibilities

• Provide administrative assistance in recruitment and onboarding
• Support the daily operations of HR
• Prepare and manage HR documents (e.g. employment records and onboarding guides)
• Coordinate learning and development initiatives
• Provide first level HR assistance to all employees (insurance queries, etc.)
• Drive continuous improvement across the HR process

Other responsibilities
• Support in accounting tasks such as invoicing and payment collection
• General office management (dependent on location

Skills and Requirements

• Min 2 year(s) of experience in HR administration or similar position
• High level of verbal and written communication in English and German
• Ability to work independently, accurately and get things done efficiently
• Business administration or human resources background (bachelor) preferred
• Knowledge of Swiss Human Resource law, labor law, and processes is a big plus
• A positive attitude with a strong capability for self-driven continuous learning and improvement
