Computer Vision Intern

In your role as a Machine Learning Engineer you will be working on all parts of Kitro’s ML pipeline, on tasks ranging from data processing to model improvements and even AI infrastructure-related tasks. You will base your work on already existing data processing workflows and models. A high performing, robust and yet flexible ML pipeline is key for Kitro’s business and you will contribute to this solution with your expertise.

In your role as a Computer Vision Intern, you will be implementing algorithms to improve the quality of images captured by Kitro’s device. You will be writing code that will run on an embedded device and that needs to be compatible with already-existing image capturing and processing software.

Responsibilities:

• Develop algorithms that improve the image capturing process and the image quality and implement algorithms on an embedded device in a dockerized environment
• Potentially experiment with ML algorithms on the embedded system
• Help to improve the performance and robustness of our existing ML pipeline

• Enrolled in a Master's programme in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Robotics, or a related field
• Good knowledge of computer vision algorithms
• Experience with Machine Learning on a university level
• Experience with Python and C++ on a university level
• Experience with Docker is a plus
